Security and Resettlement
Senator Ali NdumeCommended President Tinubu and Governor Zulum for the successful resettlement of terror victims in Borno State. Also the Nigerian Army neutralised six terrorists in Zamfara.

Tax Enforcement
The Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) has warned it will recover unpaid taxes through banks and employers, urging compliance before the January 31 deadline.

Education (JAMB 2026)
 The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has scrapped special privileges for albino candidates due to malpractice and announced that 2026 UTME registration begins on January 26,2026.

Infrastructure
 In Kaduna, Governor Uba Sani commissioned major road projects in Makarfi and Zaria, paying over ₦1 billion in compensation to residents.

Crypto Regulation
 The EFCC has reportedly unmasked several banks and fintechs involved in a ₦162 billion cryptocurrency scam.
