WHO IS ELIZABETH BATHORY? According to history, she's said to have use the blood of Virgins in bathing herself. How true is this?. published by Elina Elizabeth Bathory, also known as Ersebet Bathory, a Countess of Hungary is said to have murdered hundreds of young women in the early 17th century.    Elizabeth was a noblewoman of Hungary who was rich and powerful. Her relations were made up of an Uncle who was a King of Poland and a nephew who was a prince of Transylvania.       She was accused of horrific acts of serial murder in 1610 and as a result of this was restricted to her home of Castle Cachtice, where she stayed until her death. She is reckon to have murdered at least six hundred victims, and as a result of this was, she is known as a prolific female murderer in the Guinness World Record, and this earned her the nickname, "Blood Countess". However, it is likely that she was not guilty of all the crime allegations made against her.   ...

OAU releases dates, guidelines for PUTME screening exercise

Lawal Shereef The Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile Ife has released guidelines and new dates for it's screening exercise. DSNAOAU gathered that the screening exercise will be held in Ile Ife (main campus and Moro campus) and Abuja between 27th of February and 3rd of March 2020. The statement read 'All candidates that registered for the 2020 Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Post UTME Screening Exercise are hereby informed that the new dates for the exercise are as follows: - Ile-Ife Centre: 27th February, 2021 – 3rd March, 2021 (On OAU and Moro Campuses) - Abuja Centre: 6th March, 2021 (JAMB CBT Centre, Bwari, Abuja) Screening slips (containing actual dates and venue for each candidate) can be printed from http://admissions.oauife.edu.ng from 14th February, 2021 (By logging on to your profile page). Lawal Shereef Uganda’s election commission on Saturday declared incumbent Yoweri Museveni the winner of the presidential election, extending his 35-year rule as his main rival,Robert Kyagulanyi  alleged fraud and urged citizens to reject the result. Museveni won 5.85 million votes, or 58.64 percent, of the total while main opposition candidate Bobi Wine won 3.48 million votes or 34.83 percent, the electoral commission said in a televised news conference.
