                Angry spectators broke down barricades and stormed the pitch at a stadium in India after football star Lionel Messi, who was on a three-day tour of the country, abruptly left the arena. As a part of a so-called GOAT tour, Lionel Messi, an Inter Miami superstar, toured the eastern state of West Bengal early Saturday, 14th Dec, 2025. Thousands of fans struggled to catch a glimpse of the superstar because of the heavy security around the footballer. Fans got frustrated when Messi left the stadium earlier than expected. Many fans claimed to have paid more than $100 dollars for tickets, and they got angry and ripped out stadium seats and hurled water bottles onto the track.

              Barcelona left-back Alejandro Balde has heaped praise on his teammate, goalkeeper Joan Garcia, describing him as one of the best players in the world in his position, according to sportsfeeds. Balde’s glowing comments follow a string of impressive performances from the young Spaniard since his arrival at the club.
