Internet Sensation “Nons Miraj” Reveals What “Real Love” Means

In a podcast with fellow internet sensation (Taymesan), Nons Miraj mentioned that a way for a man to show and express his undying affection for his lover is to move her and her family into a new apartment. That the man should step up with better housing, extend support to her family, and take care of all their bills as proof of commitment.

A lot of Nigerians have had many things to say about this, with some criticizing the statement while others are defending it.

A major entertainment moment this week was the HBO documentary Music Box: Wizkid's– Long Live Lagos, which debuted on December 11, 2025.
The 85-minute film chronicles Wizkid’s rise from Lagos to becoming one of Africa’s biggest global music icons.
