There was a thrilling and suspense filled match between Inter Milan and Barcelona. Inter Milan beat Barcelona 4-3 after extra time (7-6 on aggregate) in the Champions League semi-final. Lautaro Martรญnez, ร‡alhanoฤŸlu (pen), Acerbi, and Frattesi scored for Inter. Barcelona had goals from Garcรญa, Olmo, and Raphinha. Frattesi's extra-time winner sent Inter to the final.

Tennis ๐ŸŽพ 

The 2025 Santos Tennis Court Underway is taking place in Santos, Brazil from May 5 to 11. The tournament features top seeds  Juan Pablo Varillas and ร€lvaro Guillen Meza competing on clay courts.

Basketball ๐Ÿ€ 

 New Yorks Knicks fans are optimistic about ending the team's championship drought drawing inspiration from the appointment of Pope Leo XIV a Villanova alumnus like key Knicks players like Josh Hart, Mikal Bridges and Jalen Brunson. The team is currently in a play off series against the Boston Celtics.

2025 WORLD ATHLETIC RELAYS ๐Ÿƒ‍♀️๐Ÿ’จ

The 2025 World Athletic relays will be held at Guangdong Olympic Stadium in Guangzhou China on the 10th and 11th of May 2025 making it the 7th edition of the World Athletic Relays. 

The Nigerian team has withdrawn from the 2025 World Athletic Relays scheduled to take place in China citing delays in the issuance of Visa's to its Athletes. The AFL (Athletics Federation of Nigeria) in a statement on Friday blamed China's visa process for the withdrawal ๐Ÿ’”.
