At least 42 people have died from an outbreak of measles in the nort-eastern state of Adamawa, the states' health commissioner says.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has dismantled a drug syndicate operating in Nigeria, South Africa and Tanzania.
Five members of the cartel were arrested and illicit drugs were seized.
