Tips On How To Build Self confidence

Building self-confidence is a gradual process that develops through consistency, positive thinking, and self-care. It is not something a person is born with alone, it is a skill that can be improved at any stage of life.

 1. Master Your Mindset

. Accept Compliments: Instead of downplaying praise, simply say “Thank you.” Accepting recognition as a fact helps you sense  your worth.
 . Help Others With Your Skills: Using your skills to help people make ls you feel useful and valued.
