AMAZING ANIMES OF 2020

 Fans,freaks and lovers of animes, this article is definitely for you.

So far, this year has been a hectic one, but we've still got our favorite animes to keep our mind in shape.
How many of animes have you watched so far this year?

1. Demon Slayer (kitmetsu no Yaiba)
     This movie is adapted into an anime from the manga by Koyoharu Gotoge, whichWas serialized on the weekly Shonen jump from 2016. It's season one is made up of just 26 episodes.
   Kitmetsu no Yaiba was situated in the Taisho period (1912-1926) in Japan in which both demons and human beings live together. The main character Tanjiro Kamado finds out his family was killed during the attack of demons but the only survival of his family, his sister was changed into a demon.
  This anime, although not completed will grow to represent one of the best anime in Japan and around the world.



2. Naruto
      This is one of the greatest anime with the theme of Ninja, was eventually released as the weekly Shonen jump manga by Masashi Kishimoto in the year 1999 and run until 2014. The series of this anime was completed in 2017 after no less than 15 years, consisting of two tittles: Naruto (2002-2007) and Naruto: Shippuden (2007-2017). This anime is is full of adventure, fantasy and action and its also recommended for beginners and fans of anime.



3. Clannad.
    This anime falls under the third position of the best anime. Although, many Japanese anime fans may be satisfied with this list, but however, some foreign people may be surprised at it since "Clannad" is less known worldwide.
  The story follows the life of the main character Tomoya and the heroine Nagisa in the high school. This anime is made up of just 44 main episodes. It falls under the Genre of drama and slice of life and its also recommended for beginners and anime freaks.




4. Monogatari Series.
    Produced by the animation studio Shaft under the direction of Akiyuki Shinbo, is the popular anime series which was released in 2009. Monogatari means story or tale in English, and  various weird stories are depicted shedding light on unique characters such as the high school boy Koyomi Araragi and several heroines.
  The first season of Monogatari series started as Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari in 2009-2012.




5. One piece.
       This anime is without a doubt the most popular and top-selling ongoing manga and anime.  The first volume of the manga was published in 1997, and there are now over 90 volumes sold around the world.
   This anime begins with the adventures of the main character Monkey D. Luffy and his crews in the pirates world. He sets sail on the sea in search of the ultimate treasure called "one piece".6. Neon Genesis Evangelion.
     This anime written by Hideaki Anno, is worldly known as one of the symbols of Japanese anime in 1990s. It talks about the story of four teenagers namely; Kaworu Nagisa, Shinji Ikari, Asuka Langley Soryu and Rei Ayanami, who fights with the enemies called Angels by piloting the giant humanoid robot Evangelions. 
  The anime has three series which are: Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone (2007), Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance (2009), and Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo (2012). Additionally, the new tittle Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 will come to the big screen in movies.

7. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
   This popular anime started to be published from 1987, and its series is made up of 8 parts from Phantom Blood to Jojolion so far (as of 2020). The newest anime adaptation is the 5th part Golden Wind  (2018-2019).
   This anime sheds light on the mysterious adventures of the Joestar family. A main character varies by the part, but they are all the Joestar family. Special characters and intense battle scenes are highlights of the anime.

 8. Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World-.
    This anime is looked on as one of the best Japanese anime and light novels released in 2010s. The season 1 proceeded with 25 episodes in 2016, and the newly-edited version is aired from the beginning of 2020.
   Furthermore, the season 2 is scheduled to be released in 2020. The main character Subaru is sent to Isekai (another world) with no superpower except a certain ability. The anime also go ahead to show his encounter with the heroine, Emilia.

9.  Pokemon.
