VARY YOUR MEAL
Ensure you eat varieties in food; a balanced diet is very important. Don’t be fixed on just some certain foods -- Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables.

LESSEN YOUR JUNK FOOD INTAKE
You do need junk food in your life;when you need to eat quickly,fast food is very simple and convenient. However, do not rely on them. Cooking can be an hassle when you are a student living alone and junks might seems to be the easiest option but always find the simplest way to by yourself.

GET ENOUGH REST
Fall in love with your bed and get enough sleep, as your brain and your body need enough sleep to restart and function properly. Getting enough sleep helps you increase your productivity and manage stress. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule to regulate your body’s internal clock. KEEP YOUR BEDROOM COOL AND QUIET.

LIMIT YOUR CAFFAINE INTAKE
Coffee is infamously known to induce anxiety,insomnia and addiction; while it adverse effect is to keep people stay awake, too much intake of coffee tampers your mental health.
Make a habit of taking water with you everywhere you go-- Water helps keep the body clean,transport vitamins and nutrient, it also support your diet and flush out the toxins in your body.

REDUCE YOUR SUGAR INTAKE
 Opt for natural sugar found in fruits and limit processed and sugary snacks. Replace sugary beverages with water. Consuming excessive sugar can lead to various health issues like dental problem and also increase the risk of diabetes.

AVOID HEAVY MEALS BEFORE BEDTIME
Ensure that you eat 1-2 hours before your bedtime.
People who eat meals ahead of bedtime have enough time to properly digest their food.

Manage stress through relaxation techniques like deep breathing and meditation.
