DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF STUDENTS LIVING IN HOSTELS

As Students, you must have had different experiences living in hostels as a result of the types of students living in your hostels. These students either make you hate your hostel, or enjoy your hostel. 

Which of these students exist in your hostel and which of them are you?

✓ The Singers

These category of students are always singing and disturbing the peace of others in hostels. When they are not around for a day, you will always know and wonder what's happening to them. In their mind they are the the future Justin Bieber and Sia🌚.

My own be say no just dey disturb me when i wan sleep 😏

✓ The music players

These set of students always wants to destroy your ears with their loud music as if you told them that you want to dance to their music. The only time that you can have peace of mind is when they are not around. You will unfortunately most times find yourself singing to the music even when at first,  you don't know the lyrics.

You can't even read at times with their music🤥.

✓ The cooks

You will always know when these set of students are cooking by the aroma of their food. They can't cook without their food getting into the  rooms of other students living in the hostel. You wake up in the morning with the aroma of their food and go to sleep at night with the aroma of their food. The aroma of their food makes your hunger to be hungry😒. You always know what they are cooking.

The worst part of it, is that they won't even share. What a waste of aroma😩

✓ The dead quiet ones

These ones ehn🥸

Their kind of quiet is as if they are dead. You can just hear the sound of their running water if you are fortunate. You hardly see them come out of their rooms and they just mind their business, don't even greet anyone in the compound. They don't know or know just a few names of the students living in their compound and no one knows their name. They fit even die inside room and person no go know😬

✓ The alive quiet ones

These set of students, although they are quiet but not as the dead quiet ones. These sets greet everyone in the compound and almost everyone knows their names but they have keep to themselves whenever they feel as if they have talked enough. Communicating with people is seen as hardwork to them. They only communicate with others in the compound when really really necessary. They enjoy being on their own than communicating with others in the compound.🤫

✓ The gossipers

These categories of people, they have a gang and mostly come out of their rooms to gossip about everyone in the compound. They even gossip about their friend whom they have been gossiping with about others in the compound once that their friend leaves. They even gossip close to your room and also talk about unnecessary things.

You won't believe the unnecessary things that i've heard from these set alone🤬. They spend hours gossiping.

✓The night crawlers

These set hardly sleep at night. Once its night time, they start moving to and fro like cockroaches. You will even wonder if their energy comes from the night. Shebi you sure say they no be Nigerian vampire?
